I've never tried taking a picture of a candle before, but your photos have inspired me to do so...

Not every photo needs a story. I love the second one -- hands down, my favorite.

Hallmark called. They want you to shoot the covers for their greeting cards.

Your work always looks so profesional and polished. I'm burning with jealousy.

I am glad you got the Old Bay! And you are so welcome! I am glad it was so easy to get to you!

Those are such cool shots, Robert! I haven't taken candle pix like that - great idea, though. If one shows up on my WW, I'll be sure to link back to this. :D

I love the first one and how the wax appears to be running over the edge.

Lovely! They're all great, but I especially like the second, because the flame burns bluest.

Thanks for your kinds words regarding my photos, Robert. I'm honored.

Wow, Robert, this one left me with chills...was this candle left burning unattended? That wax looks dangerously close to dripping! It could ruin the furniture, or worse...What if the flame suddenly sparked, jumped out at the curtains and caught fire? Do you know how fast...ok, I can't even go on.

I don't think I'll sleep a wink tonight...very unnerved.

I think I tried to post here the other day, but it's when my lappy/wi-fi was going whack.

Interesting the things you're finding to shoot, you did a wonderful job of candle and flame!
