I've never tried taking a picture of a candle before, but your photos have inspired me to do so...
And very nicely shot it is Robert!! No stories after yesterdays beauty!! Maybe tomorrow :0)
Great series of photos. Love the title for the post too. That's cute.
Robert, these are awesome candle shots!
Not every photo needs a story. I love the second one -- hands down, my favorite.
Really nice. I love that first one with the dripping wax.
And it's lovely! And by the way... I always love the music playing on your page!
Oh I love this, I'm always trying to picture flames and can never get it right, you did such a great job, it is so beautiful!
Hallmark called. They want you to shoot the covers for their greeting cards.
Your work always looks so profesional and polished. I'm burning with jealousy.
I love all your blues Robert! Very "cool"...
I am glad you got the Old Bay! And you are so welcome! I am glad it was so easy to get to you!
Oh, I love this set....with the dripping wax!
And the guitar....nice to hear you are at least fair :)
Only you could do this so well!
I Love It!
BTW - thanks for you very kind comments on mine today. I do appreciate it more than you know.
you made this candle look very special. great work as always
Those are such cool shots, Robert! I haven't taken candle pix like that - great idea, though. If one shows up on my WW, I'll be sure to link back to this. :D
Cool shots... that convey warmth and light. Very nice.
I love the first one and how the wax appears to be running over the edge.
Lovely! They're all great, but I especially like the second, because the flame burns bluest.
Thanks for your kinds words regarding my photos, Robert. I'm honored.
Your closeup photography is always fantastic.
That's great! The first shot of the series is my favorite.
NICE!!!!!!!
Second one is my favorite too. These photos make me want a storm and a good book!
You have a great style. i love these close up shots of the candle and flame. Good stuff.
Wow, Robert, this one left me with chills...was this candle left burning unattended? That wax looks dangerously close to dripping! It could ruin the furniture, or worse...What if the flame suddenly sparked, jumped out at the curtains and caught fire? Do you know how fast...ok, I can't even go on.
I don't think I'll sleep a wink tonight...very unnerved.
Sis
I think I tried to post here the other day, but it's when my lappy/wi-fi was going whack.
Interesting the things you're finding to shoot, you did a wonderful job of candle and flame!
