A Trio of Parties

Today was a long day. But a good day. We had three birthday parties to attend. First was a 12 year old's pool party. Then a 5 year old's flamingo themed party. And finally another party for my friend's son that turned 7. Lily did really well going from party to party. She had a great time entertaining everyone. She was quite playful and didn't want to leave. She even got her first taste ever of cotton candy.

Oh when I was a kid I loved cotton candy! That's what going to fairs and carnivals was all about -- now, as an adult, I think I must have been a touch insane ....

This photos are great. I especially like the head shaking water scene.

Sounds like a full, but fun day. I'm impressed with Lily's stamina. She must be a party person :-)

It looks like you had fun with your camera as well! Great shots -- the water in the face is a wonderfully timed capture!

Wow! 3 parties in one day. Lily is turning into a regular social butterfly. What did she think of the cotton candy?

Robert, if you get a chance, I hope you and your wife will stop by my blog to enter in my first blog giveaway! :D

Wow! She's already a social butterfly. Imagine what it will be like when she's a teenager. Lots of cool photos. I love the cotton candy shot the first one with the hair, and the reflections... which covers pretty much everything, doesn't it? Three parties! Wow. I'm exhuasted just thinking about it.

Gotta say that first one looks kinda wicked!
The boy and girl shot is a wonderfully captured boy and girl moment for that age.
Lily is my favorite! :)
