Lying in Wait

I've been sitting on this image for a couple of years now. I took it out and edited it (color, grain, and contrast) and now I really like it. So I thought now was a good time to unleash it. Hope you like it.

We're off to see MercyMe and The David Crowder Band tonight. Wooo Hoooo!

I like this photo a lot! Weathered tin and brass has always appealed to me, especially when combined with weathered wood. I would dearly love to have the camera I have now, and the chance to revisit my Grandpa H's farm the way it was when he was alive and I was a child. This photo was like a little memory -- or perhaps a latch on a window -- to that beloved time. Thank you.

I do, I do! Especially like how you cropped it.

I have to laugh - I have a sun hanging in my sunroom and just this morning I thought I should take a pic of that - true story!
So, yes, I really like this!

Bet you didn't crop back then either. ;)

Hope you have a great time at the concert.

MercyMe and David Crowder Band? Nice.

As is this shot. It reminds me of a shot I took in Bath of an ancient Roman image of Apollo. Only the exposure and editting on yours is MUCH better.

Oh man, I'm super jealous! I totally dig DCB! Hubs really likes Mercy Me as well. As do I . . . but DCB is just awesome!

Love the shot, Robert. Nice composition. :D
