Another trip through the archives led me to find these. About 2 years ago I went with some friends to join a group of photographers that gathered for monthly "field trips". It was my first such outing. I had a good time talking shop and learning learning learning. I still have so much to learn but am loving the ride. These were taken at the Getty museum in Los Angeles.
I've got lots going on right now so I'll probably keep pulling pictures from the archives for a little while.

All nice shots. I love reflections so that's one of my favorites... and those sweet little cacti. I'm first to visit tonight? Wow! And I'm very late.
The texture on the first pic is interesting. I loved the second pic. The staircase made me dizzy and I was afraid I was going to fall on the cactus!
Great pics - I like the texture on the first one and the frivolousness of the cactuses (cacti?), but my favorite is the window with the reflected building. Very cool.
A photography field trip sounds really fun.
That picture of the building reflections is super! My kind of shot...
Oh, Iove the last one!!!!! I can almost feel them!
The stairs are my favorite, hands down. Great shot!
I like these a lot! Did you take the first through a screen? Love the distortion of the window reflected in the window. And I'm with Christy on the stairs. I'm a sucker for light and lines.
I love the texture in the first one! Hope everything is going good, and you are getting your photography business of the ground!
Great shots Robert! All varied and interesting. I was wondering about the texture on the first one - was that a canvas technique - it reminded me of a painting.
I like seeing what you've done in the past - thanks for sharing them.
I love photo field trips too. Great shots u hve there! And you said you have more?! My persanal fav is the stairs.
All wonderful shots Robert, don't know whether i can pick a favourite here, love them all.
