Holiday Decor - Wordless Wednesday

We hosted Mother's Day at our house this year. But we did little more than unlock the door. This Mother's Day, my sister prepared all the food (YUM) and made beautiful floral arrangements and candles for the table. I already posted a close-up of one of the candles yesterday. Here are a few more of the table. She placed the unused flowers in a container in the backyard. I couldn't let them go unphotographed! After all this work, I think she is considering looking into being a professional party planner (as a side job while waiting for that big acting gig). Thanks again, Ellen, for the wonderful food, and for providing incredible photo subjects for me!

If you came here for Wordless Wednesday, you may also like the alphabet photo challenge in which I'm participating over at Quilly's Pacific Paradise. Each day, we post a photograph that represents that day's letter. It's been a lot of fun and has been quite challenging as well. You can see all my ABC entries here.

Exquisite as always. I really like the black and white one at the end. I love color, but something about black and white photos is special, especially good ones.
